The Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM) currently grants scholarships to Russian citizens. These scholarships usually cover the registration cost and full board in NIVA training activities, and a copy of a valid passport has to be produced to obtain such a scholarship. Travel costs to and from the course venue will have to be paid for by the participants themselves. To apply, please contact the relevant course coordinator.

Please note that the NCM has seized to grant scholarships to citizens of Baltic countries.
