Objective
The objective is to provide insight into multicultural leadership through illustrations on specific strategies from multicultural workplaces.
The idea is to not only discuss problematic related to work organisation and management of multicultural working environments,
but also to highlight the potential that multicultural workforce provides. The health care sector was chosen because it is one
of the sectors that are at first instance most affected of these changes.
Target group
The targeted audience will comprise of senior executives and government officials as well as managers and professionals working in the field of
health care or alternatively, in any other field where obtaining, integrating and keeping multicultural workforce is an issue.
Managers and professionals from other than health care fields dealing with
similar problematic are therefore encouraged to also participate in the forum.
