Staff
The NIVA staff consists of the director, two full time course coordinators and a course coordinator that also functions 25% as an communications officer. It is the responsibility of the director to lead NIVA on a daily basis. The course coordinators are responsible for the practical organizing and running of the NIVA courses and other activities, and the communications officer is - together with the director - responsible for the information and communiation strategy for NIVA.
